But what does our application exactly do?

By using our app you’ll be able to order drinks from your seat, just using your phone. The app will be connected to a mobile payment feature. In other words you’ll pay via the app, no more cash needed just some money on your bank account.

Then the app will send you a notification if your order is ready and where you have to go to pick it up. When you are there to pick up your order at the counter you will see several screens and scanners. On your notification you will get the info which counter you have to go and where, your name will appear on the screen.
You will have to scan the code on your phone to complete the transaction and you can take your drinks with you. 

 

How do we want to solve queues at peak moments?

Most of the peak moments for ordering drinks are during half time or at the end of a game. We integrated in our app a smart system that will estimate how long it takes to order a drink. Then the app will direct you to another nearby counter so your waiting time will drop. This way the app is more efficient and all counters can be used at full capacity.
